Who we are

Keel is a trading name used on this site. The business is owned and operated by UMC, a United Arab Emirates entity. We do not have an Australian ABN. The public contact for privacy questions is hello@keelops.au.

What this covers

This note covers information we collect when you use keelops.au and when you book or take part in a $999 Business Efficiency Audit. If we later do other paid work together, we will treat that information in the same practical way unless we tell you otherwise.

What we collect

From the website we may collect:

• technical details the browser sends in the ordinary course of loading pages (for example IP address, device or browser type, referring page, and timestamps)
• pages you visit on this site
• anything you type into a form on the site, such as a name, email address, and a description of a process or problem in your business

From a $999 Business Efficiency Audit booking we collect:

• your name and email address
• meeting details (time, timezone, and any notes you add when you book)
• what you tell us about your business, your team, and how work currently moves — in the booking, in email, and in the audit conversation itself

We do not ask you to create an account on this site. We do not run a checkout on the booking link.

How we use it

We use this information to run the site, to schedule and deliver the audit, to follow up on what we discussed, and to do related work you ask us to do. We may keep notes from the audit so we can be accurate if you decide to proceed.

We do not sell mailing lists. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details to other businesses for their marketing.

Who else may see it

We use other companies to deliver the site and the booking. They process data on our behalf, or as their own operators, so those services can work:

• Vercel hosts this website
• Motion (US Emotion / the booking link you use) collects name, email, and meeting details to schedule the audit
• Google may process data when fonts or similar site assets are loaded from Google services

Those providers have their own practices. We only share what is needed to run the site, the booking, and the work you asked for. We may also share information if we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and audit records for as long as we need them to deliver the work, to follow up, and to keep a sensible business record. If you would like us to delete or correct what we hold, email hello@keelops.au and we will deal with it promptly unless we have to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.
